1. General Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of transportation services and vehicle rental with a driver provided by:
RO-TRG, prevozi in storitve, d.o.o.

Hereinafter referred to as: the Provider.
By submitting an inquiry or making a reservation, the client confirms that they are familiar with and agree to these General Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
The Provider offers:
-passenger transportation,
-vehicle rental with a driver,
-individual and business transportation within Slovenia and abroad.
The Provider reserves the right to refuse service in the event of non-compliance with these terms or inappropriate behavior by the client.
3. Service Reservation
A reservation is confirmed once it is confirmed in writing by the Provider (via email or other written agreement).
A confirmed reservation includes:
-client details,
-date and time of the service,
-service information,
-transportation route.
An unconfirmed reservation is not binding for the Provider.
4. Cancellation of Service
The client may cancel a reservation:
-no later than 24 hours before the agreed time, free of charge,
-in the case of a later cancellation or no-show, the Provider reserves the right to charge the agreed amount.
The Provider may cancel the service in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances and will inform the client immediately.
5. Liability and Safety
All vehicles are technically sound, properly registered, and insured in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Slovenia.
The Provider is not liable for:
-delays caused by traffic conditions, weather conditions, or force majeure,
-loss of or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
6. Protection of Personal Data
The Provider processes clients’ personal data exclusively for the purpose of performing the service and communication.
Personal data is not disclosed to third parties unless required by law.
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to perform the service or in accordance with legal obligations.
7. Final Provisions
The Provider reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions. The version published on the website at the time of making the reservation shall apply.
The laws of the Republic of Slovenia shall govern the interpretation and application of these Terms and Conditions.
